Terms of Service

Effective date: July 5, 2026

1. Agreement

By using OmnyID, you agree to these Terms. If you use OmnyID for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service scope

OmnyID provides agent identity, hosted or self-hosted workspace tooling, relay, dashboard, billing, and related software features. Some features are experimental, limited preview, deployment-dependent, or require separate provider configuration.

3. Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • You must not attempt to bypass access controls, plan limits, approval gates, or security restrictions.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, abuse, credential theft, malware delivery, denial-of-service, or unauthorized access.
  • No attempts to use OmnyID to violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or system security.
  • No use of experimental runtime or automation features in ways that evade the platform's documented safety boundaries.

5. Billing and paid plans

Paid features may require an active subscription or manually approved plan. Charges, renewals, and self-serve billing paths depend on the active deployment configuration. Subscription disputes, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to the plan terms shown at purchase time or through direct support where self-serve handling is not yet available.

6. Customer data

You retain rights to the content you upload or connect, subject to the rights needed for OmnyID to operate the requested features. Your use of OmnyID is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, legal risk, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the product where supported.

8. Warranty disclaimer

OmnyID is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmnyID will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
